Thanks~

It was always so difficult to write a new page in my life here. I lost partly of my friends as they unable to study Year 2 with me. It was always so lonely to stay alone in the small room. There is no one to knock my door, no one chit-chat with me in the night. Sounds like someone who was important to me is missing. Is true~ Thanks to my dearest friends who are still be with me all the time, accompany me when I was in difficult period. Thank you~!!!

Firstly thanks to my personal chef -- Ling Eng~ My first time tasted home-made food in Kuala Lumpur. It was so yummy although it was just spaghetti with sausages BUT...Indescribable feeling that really touched me.

Of course Hon Kean, Chung, Annie and Edmond also tasted it as they are living together~ Ling Eng is one of my companion in future as she wishes to be a cabin crew as well. Hopefully our ambition and dream may come true~

06 July 08 (Sunday), as promised that Eric and my sister will bring me to Niu Che Xiu in the morning and The Curve in the afternoon. However "malang tidak berbau", my sister's fiance had diarrhea and vomit last night and he unable to fetch us go anywhere. SO I have to give up Plan A and take Plan B as Siah came to Kuala Lumpur for vacation. I ride on Rapid KL from Ampang to KLCC and take LRT from KLCC to KL Sentral. Waited for another 10 more minutes, squeezed into the slowest train in the world -- KTM!!! Rarely I was the first one to reach Midvalley! Where is Ah Voo?? Where is Ah Tzun?? I waited for almost two hours over there! I wonder Sandakan's clock is 2 hours later than West Malaysia.

To bE a Better maN

Hanyi making Sushi - Another step further for me, Hanyi to become a better man~ Finally I learnt to make sushi as I wished to learn it before. Thanks to my friends especially Vern Ping who gave me a chance to learn how to make sushi. Forgive me to write the recipe in Chinese because quite difficult to translate it from my friend's blog.

首先,
1. 黄瓜和萝卜切条,然后浸醋和糖...
-当然萝卜要捞过哦~~但不要太久,太久就会太软了...
2. 米一杯,糯米两杯...
-水不能太多,手放在米上,水只能盖过手指...
3. 蛋打散,煎,然后切丝...
4. 蟹柳蒸,然后切两半(条状)
5. 台湾香肠炸,然后切四半(条状)
6. 把浸着的黄瓜和萝卜汁倒起来,和饭搅拌....

**记得在包前**,
准备好一碗盐水...
拿饭前攒一攒,将就不会粘着了...
记得包起时,要握紧,
这样才结实...

Really delicious...Trust me!!! I think I have the potential enough in Japanese food~ I bet that I can become a better man, a better lover~ As Ling Eng said, I should feel sorry to her because she only able to eat 3 sushi from me~ Can't blame me because that's really delicious~ I promised I will keep improving and learn to cook more and more cuisines not only in sushi but others as well.
